Wearing a protective face shield, Bill Beeler directs voters to the correct side of the Woods County Fairgrounds Merchants Building Tuesday. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Woods County precincts 3 and 5 were moved from the Homestead and Alva City Hall for the June 30 election. Voters were given take-home pens for ballots.
