Last Thursday, the ladies of Freedom Public Schools enjoyed a Zoom call with the author of "Wonder Women," Madison Parr. "Wonder Women" is not the story of the Marvel character Diana Prince, but it is a poetic writing emphasizing self-love, willpower, bravery and self-confidence. Everyone in attendance received a copy of "Wonder Women" that was purchased by funds from a library grant. Pictured here on the screen behind the group is author Madison Parr.
