Members of Scout Troop 392 raise the flags to begin the Memorial Day services last year at the Alva Municipal Cemetery. A Memorial Day service will be held Monday at the Alva Municipal Cemetery. Beginning at 9 a.m. the ceremony will be held at the Flagpole Plaza at the western entrance to the cemetery.
