What’s the chocolate item you love to bake or create? Which chocolate item does your family rave about? What chocolate recipe are you asked to share at family, church or social activities? If one or two creations come to mind, then one of them should be entered in the Death by Chocolate competition at the Woods County Fair!
Any type of chocolate food item is eligible for entering– pies, cakes, cookies, desserts, candies, etc. A recipe must accompany the entry and should be entered by 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, in the Women’s Building at the Woods County Fairgrounds.
The competition will take place at 7 p.m. A panel of judges will be on hand to sample the chocolate entries and the top three will receive cash prizes.
