TULSA, Okla. (AP) — A judge has set a $250,000 bail for a 70-year-old suburban Tulsa woman accused of fatally shooting her ex-husband.

The Tulsa World reports that Tulsa County District Judge William Musseman set bail Friday for Broken Arrow resident Judith Gayle Nix.

Nix has been held without bond since March on a first-degree murder charge in the death of 69-year-old Kenneth Nix.

If Judith Nix makes bail, she will be required to wear an ankle monitor, surrender her passport and stay within Tulsa County unless she gets permission from the court.
