MUSKOGEE (OzarksFirst, Aug. 28, 2016) – Body cam video of an officer using pepper spray on an elderly woman has been released by Muskogee Police in Oklahoma.

The incident happened last week when the officers were looking for her son in the home. Officers were chasing the woman's son when he ran into the house.

Police asked to him to come out and he refused.

Muskogee Police said there are two more officers left to interview before the department completes its investigation. Then the police chief will decide where to go from there.

"This is a very important issue. There is a lot of missing information out there. There is a lot of prejudgment out there and a lot of concern," said Chief Rex Eskridge.

The investigation is ongoing.
