Dr. Sara Richter opens the Alva Public Library LTAIO fall book discussion series, "Oklahoma Private Investigators," on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m. Richter is well-known throughout Kansas and Oklahoma as an entertaining speaker.
She has a bachelor of arts in history from Phillips University, MA degrees in history and English from Oklahoma State University and a Ph.D. in English from Oklahoma State University. She has served as the dean of liberal arts at Oklahoma Panhandle State University for many years.
