An executive session and discussion of rail maintenance are on the agenda for the Avard Regional Rail Park Authority. The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 6 at the Northwest Technology Center in Alva.

The executive session is for the purpose of discussing matters pertaining to economic development, including the financing, structuring, collaboration or the creation of a proposal to entice a business/company to remain, expand, or locate within Woods County.
