Goldbugs' game gets called because of weather, ending in victory over OBA

After a 10-yard return on the punt from T.W. Beiswanger he gets swarmed by OBA Trojans to put the ball on OBA's 48-yard line.

ENID – The Alva Goldbugs picked up their third straight win on Friday as they had their first road game at Oklahoma Bible Academy (OBA) at 7 p.m.

Though Alva's defense quickly got in a rhythm in the first quarter, stopping OBA's first drive on a sack from Daniel Toone to force the punt, Alva's offense had a slow start. It wasn't until their third drive of the night that the Goldbugs were able pull ahead with the early lead.

Even though Alva had back-to-back penalties called on them in this drive, putting them at first down with 35 yards to go, the Goldbugs pulled through as Mitchell Meyer roll...
