President Pam Jones opened the meeting of the Peace by Piece Quilt Guild with 21 members present. The minutes and treasurers report were read and approved. The nominating committee reported they have gotten most of the offices filled except for secretary.

Janet Elwood shared that the Pratt, Kansas, group hosted a program presented by Eleanor Burn's sister on Sept. 13 at the Pratt Senior Citizen Building. She also reported that on Oct 17 Long Arm quilter Kelly Cline will demonstrate her special technique using vintage pieces, handkerchiefs, table runners, etc., at the same Pratt building.
