Freedom FFA shines at Woods County Fair

Students earn ribbons at the Woods County Fair 2016 by entering sewing projects, cooking projects, and art work and poster contest. Freedom FFA participated in the Woods County Fair through a variety of events. The events the Freedom FFA were involved in were Livestock Showing, Livestock Judging, Welding Projects, Native Range Exhibits, Native Bundles, and the Freedom Chapter Display Board. The following are the results:

Swine

Iridian Herrera – Breed Champion York Barrow, Breed Champion Chester Gilt, Breed Champion Hampshire Barrow, Grand Champion Barrow, Senior Swine Showmanship

Allison Galindo – Breed Champion Commercial Gilt, Breed Champion Chester Barrow, Breed Champion Hampshire Gilt, Reserve Grand Champion Gilt

Vanessa Galindo – Breed champion Cross Barrow, Breed Champion Yorkshire Gilt, Breed Champion Spot Gilt, Grand Champion Gilt
