It was tough to find a seat with about 15 customers eating lunch Monday at the Sweet Things and More restaurant on Monday. Isla Barnes is the owner and cook.

She told us she came to Freedom 17 years ago in 1995. During most of that time she has been in the restaurant business in three-yeFC-ar spurts.
