Oklahoma basketball team invited to Phil Knight Invitational

NORMAN, Okla. (AP, posted Sept. 21, 2016) — The Oklahoma basketball team has accepted an invitation to play in the 2017 Phil Knight Invitational in Portland, Oregon.
OU is among 16 teams that will play in next year's tournament on Nov. 23, 24 and 26.
The tournament features two eight-team brackets playing simultaneously at the Rose Quarter's Moda Center and the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Each team will play three games.
