Deiter Dorner has operated Cafe Bonhof for 20 years in the City of Waynoka.

His passion is making the menu choices and drinks very authentic. He described his restaurant as a "Budweiser Free Zone." He will only stock authentic German beers, typically brewed by family breweries.

He travels each weekend to large cities like Tulsa and Oklahoma City to find the proper food stuffs for his German foods. He wants to "see" the food he purchases for his restaurant.
