RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (Oct. 5, 2016) – Gloria Choi has been named the Great American Conference's Women's Golfer of the Week for her performance this past week in the UCO Classic on Monday and Tuesday.
Choi's performance led her to a second overall individual placing in the tournament, and a second place finish as a team. Through the first round of play, the sophomore led all golfers after shooting 70 (-1) through the first 18 holes on Monday.
