Southern Arkansas: SAU Men's Golf awarded with GAC Spring Sportsmanship Award

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (Oct. 7, 2016) – The Southern Arkansas men's golf team has been named as the recipient of the 2016 GAC Spring Sportsmanship Award for men's golf as it was announced by the league office on Thursday afternoon.
The sportsmanship award through the GAC is the first for the SAU men's golf team.
"I am very proud of our men's golf team for receiving this award," noted Head Golf Coach Ben Sanders. "Our guys competed to their fullest each time we took to the links, but they also did so in a respectful and sporting way and were great ambassadors for SAU, the GAC and the game of golf."...
