The Oklahoma Economic Development Authority (OEDA), the sub-state planning district serving northwest Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Panhandle, will be conducting grant application workshops on Oct. 24~28.

The Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) program is a state-funded program that addresses the needs of smaller communities in Oklahoma. with the populations under 7,000 and unlncorporated communities within a county may be eligible for grant funding.
