Waynoka man charged with child endangerment

A Waynoka man stopped for speeding was arrested for driving under the influence with a child in the vehicle.

Colby Vaughn Ross, 34, of Waynoka has been charged in Woods County with felony child endangerment by driving under the influence. He was also charged with a misdemeanor of resisting an officer. The child endangerment charge is punishable by imprisonment for up to four years and/or a fine of $5,000.
