A two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Locust and 11th in Alva on Sept. 28. Police say one driver ran a stop sign and struck the other vehicle.

Nancy Knous, 63, of Alva was driving a 2008 Ford east on Locust about 10:45 a.m. Colby Bouziden, 23, of Alva in a 2009 Dodge was going north on 11th Street and failed to stop for the stop sign, striking Knous’s vehicle on the passenger side. Officer Jade Cardenas investigated.
