Rangers' late surge gives them the win over the Bison

SHAWNEE – The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Rangers continued their road trip against the Oklahoma Baptist Bison on Saturday in another big shootout, coming out on top to give them their third win of the season.

The Bison started out with the big plays early in the game as a 52-yard rush to Northwestern’s 22-yard line from Isaiah Mallory set the tone for the Rangers. Four plays later, the Bison were able to get the first lead off a five-yard passing touchdown from Dezmond Stegall to Stephen Turner to lead 0-7 with 12:41 in the first quarter.

The Rangers struggled to find their rhythm...
