Waynoka man arrested for second violation of protective order

A Waynoka man has been charged with a second violation of a protective order that had been filed by his wife.
Misdemeanor charges of violation of a protective order were filed on Oct. 12 and on Oct. 18 in Woods County against Colby Vaughn Ross, 34, of Waynoka. The protective order was dated on Oct. 5, 2016. Online court records also show that Kristen Ross filed for dissolution of marriage on Oct. 18.
