Barbara Louise Horton, 53, Elgin: Defendant pleaded guilty on Oct. 12, 2016, to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in case CF-2015-81. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 10 years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and condition of probation entered by the court. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,500.
