Brandon Fox Solberg, 19, of Guymon has been charged with a felony of distribution of controlled dangerous substances (marijuana) within 2,000 ft. of a school and minor. The crime is punishable by imprisonment for four years to life or a fine of up to $40,000, or both imprisonment and fine.
