Local law enforcement officials announced Tuesday, Nov. 15, that they had apprehended Justin Dean McClary of Alva. McClary had escaped on Nov. 6 when officers went to his home to arrest him on an outstanding warrant.

Authorities said McClary was located at his residence at 1113 Barnes St. in Alva on Tuesday. After a search of the residence, McClary was located in the attic and taken into custody.
