The pilots at the table in the foreground all flew in from Great Bend, Kansas. They were mainly farmers.
The Kinzie family hosts a monthly fly-In breakfast the third Saturday of the month (weather permitting) at the Alva Regional Airport. Pilots from a 200-mile radius come to enjoy one of the biggest variety breakfast buffets one could desire prepared by the Kinzies. At the fly-in breakfast this past Saturday, the airport's main lobby was decked out in a Thanksgiving theme....
