A felony case from April 2015 has been settled with a plea bargain in Woods County. On April 28, 2015, Rosco Ray Campbell, 73, of Alva was charged with sexual battery following an investigation and arrest by the Woods County Sheriff’s Office.

On Nov. 16, 2016, Rosco Ray Campbell, now 75, of Stillwater entered a plea of no contest to a felony of attempted aggravated assault and battery instead of the previous charge.
