Low water pressure in southwest Alva

• City needs help with income survey

It’s a safety issue. Low water pressure used to be a major issue in the southwest section of Alva. People living in some of the more elevated areas were complaining. The city took several measures including adding a booster pump to improve the situation, but that was years ago.

At the Monday, Nov. 21, Alva City Council meeting, City Business Manager Joe Don Dunham said the area is experiencing minor issues with water pressure again.
