6:08 a.m. Reporting party (RP) advised a small car going into Alva is swerving all over the road. He had almost gone into the ditch several times and across the center line. He (or she) was going to hurt someone. Then the caller hung up. Advised Woods County.
8:11 a.m. RP advised of a controlled burn from the junction of state highways 8 and 8B.
9:03 a.m. RP advised a truck-load of cattle out on Dacoma Road, just east of Glass' feed lot, were in the road way. Advised possible owner.
12:07 p.m. RP advised of a sinkhole in the road between County Road 516 and 500 block...
