Charges filed in theft of Timberlake Schools vehicle

A Cleo Springs man has been charged with two felonies involving the theft of a vehicle from the Timberlake School District. On Friday, Dec. 2, in Alfalfa County Court, Henry Dan Washington III, 21, was charged with felonies of (1) burglary in the second degree and (2) larceny of an automobile. The first charge is punishable by imprisonment for two to seven years. The second is punishable by imprisonment for three to 20 years or by a fine equal to three times the value of the property, not to exceed $500,000, or both fine and imprisonment.
