Thiis City of Alva sanitation truck struck and sheared off a utility pole and impacted a fence at the north side of Lincoln Elementary School Monday morning. Some residents experienced a momentary power blackout. OG&E quickly responded to the scene to repair damage. The truck stopped just short of the Lincoln playground, whcih is shown in the background. No one was injured....
