Mini-cheerleaders steal the show at Chieftains opening ballgames

These kindergarten girls are cute and spirited as they twist it down at South Barber's mini-cheer clinic performance at the high school basketball games in Kiowa Friday night. The South Barber High School cheerleaders hold a mini-cheer clinic each year for elementary girls who hope to become cheerleaders when they get older.

The clinic culminates with a performance as spirited as the girls are cute showing what they learned. At the Chieftains and Lady Chieftains basketball game home openers Friday night the high school cheerleaders led their individual groups of girls out to perform a few cheers and then the entire group of future cheerleaders performed a fun dance together.

The funds raised help the high school cheerleaders pay for their cheer camp and other expens...
