No filings for Freedom School Board

As of 4:30 p.m. Tuesday no one had filed for any of the three school board openings at Freedom. The only contested office so far is in Waynoka.
Those filing at the Woods County Election Board are:
Northwest Technology, Zone 2: Terry J. Ryel of Cherokee, the incumbent.
Alva Schools, Office No. 2: Jane McDermott, the incumbent.
Waynoka Schools, Office No. 2: Mindy Zook, the incumbent; and Jennifer Rich.
Filing is still open until 5 p.m. Wednesday....
