The Alva Ladybugs hosted their rivals in a battle that went all the way to the wire, as Whitney Randall drained two foul shots that notched the win for the Ladybugs against the Chisholm Lady Longhorns.
Though the Ladybugs were able to get an early lead in the first quarter off a baseline layup and right wing three-pointer from Payton Jones to put the score at 5-2, Chisholm went on a 10-0 run to lead 12-5.
The closest Alva could come to that Lady Horn lead was back within three points, but Chisholm was able to close out the first half with the 21-15 lead.
The Ladybugs were on the road to begin...
