Graduates, faculty and guests fill Percefull Field House for the NWOSU Fall Commencement Ceremony Sunday afternoon.
Christmas songs played by the Ranger Jazz Band joyfully masked the sounds of shuffling feet and excited conversation of family and friends filling Percefull Field House Sunday afternoon.
As the strains of Pomp and Circumstance began, President Dr. Janet Cunningham and Vice President Dr. Bo Hannaford led robed and hooded faculty members to their designated places. Graduates followed.
Rev. John Smith invoked God's blessings on the efforts of all the graduates who reached this milestone in their lives.
