Alva Arena Authority to talk about reports, site evaluation and management

A special meeting of the Alva Arena Authority has been scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 10, at noon in the board room of the Alva State Bank Annex at 525 Barnes.
After votes to approve minutes of the Nov. 15 meeting and the treasurer’s report, the board members will vote on meeting dates for calendar year 2017.
They will discuss and possibly take action on a report by Mike Hood regarding a study compiled by Oklahoma State University.
There will be discussion and action on a report by Daren Slater, Woods County commissioner representative.
