12:53 p.m. There were two calls form the Cherokee Manor stating a man was not breathing and unresponsive. Medic was paged. Officer en route also. Officer advised the patient was talking. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

1:38 p.m. Reporting party (RP) stated there was a single pump action shotgun sitting on the edge of a well site location. He requested an officer to make a report. Advised deputy.
