One of the first items on Monday's agenda was the annual election of officers. Commissioner David Hamil immediately suggested retaining Randy McMurph6y as chairman, and after that vote, nominated John Smiley to returned as vice-chairman.

Requests for road crossing permits seems to be increasing. OG & E paid no fee for a permit at 14-26-14. Midstates Petroleum paid $500 for an electric permit at 2-26-14, and SemGas paid a $500 fee for a crossing permit at 30-26-15, all in John Smiley's district.
