Prohibition of fueling inside hangar sparks discussion

The Alva Regional Airport Commission adopted a fueling policy and a ramp management policy during the regular meeting Monday, Jan. 9. The policies will provide guidance for airport employees as well as for pilots and aircraft owners who use the facility.
Paul Kinzie presided at the meeting in the absence of Chairman Cory Washburn. Other members present were Terry Turner, Dale Logsdon and Kelly Parker.
