Rodeo, mud run, other projects discussed

Several topics were discussed during the Freedom Chamber of Commerce meeting held on Jan. 9. During discussion of the 2017 Freedom Rodeo, members discussed not having a clown for the rodeo. They also talked about the rodeo announcer and attendance. The members agreed they needed to keep the announcer.

The Freedom EMS and Fire Department would like to use the rodeo grounds for their mud run, and members approved that use.

There was discussion about using chamber funds at the Freedom Trophy Auction to be held Jan. 12. They approved spending money from the chamber account at the auction.
