Alva FFA continues excellence

Alva FFA members Max Parsons, Caleb Chapman, Cathy Mapes and Cristian Ceniceros delivered baked goods to the sheriff's office to thank them for all they do.
The Alva FFA had a busy December with events they attended and competed in across the region.
On Dec. 9, the Alva Judging Team traveled to the Kansas City Beef Expo; while there the Junior Team was fifth overall and the Intermediate Team was second overall. Cooper Sneary also placed 3rd overall as an individual in the Intermediate division.
On Dec. 10 and 11 23 members of the Alva FFA chapter attended MFE (Made For Excellence) and ALD (Advanced Leadership Development) in Oklahoma City.
