3:24 a.m. Reporting party (RP) advised they had hit a cow 18 miles west of four-way stop. The cow was dead. RP advised she was at Love's.
3:37 a.m. Alfalfa County, OHP and deputy advised the driver to stay at Love's. Someone will be there to make an accident report.
