Three arrests on drug and alcohol charges resulted from a traffic stop in Alva on Wednesday, Jan. 25. According to court records, about 10:08 p.m. Trooper Brock Morgan stopped a vehicle that had been traveling 43 mph in a 35 mph zone on Oklahoma Boulevard. The vehicle made a turn north on Seventh Street just before Morgan activated his emergency lights and made the stop.
