A woman and her boyfriend have been charged with felony child neglect in Woods County. Charges were filed Feb. 6, 2017, against Jacoby Lerobert Beasley, 32, and Hilary Dawn Erickson, 36, both of Alva. Felony child neglect is punishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections not exceeding life imprisonment, or by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000, or both such fine and imprisonment.
