A young man from Waynoka is facing four felony counts involving sexual texting with juvenile girls. Chad Eric Tune, 18, of Waynoka has been charged with two counts of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology and two counts of violation of Oklahoma statute via computer, all felonies. The first two counts are punishable by imprisonment up to ten years or a fine up to $10,000, or both. The second two counts are punishable by imprisonment for not more than five years or by a fine of not more than $5,000, or by both such imprisonment and fine.
