The other morning I came across this verse while I was reading my Bible. Psalm 27:4: “One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.”

This verse tells of the desire of the song writer to go to the house of the Lord and to see His beauty. The temple of his day was certainly a place of beauty.
