As Gene Olbert’s psychology classes transition into sociology, they waste no time before beginning with their first projects of the semester. Only a few weeks after the start of this new course, students are doing research over social issues in today’s world to present to their peers.

In order to present this information, students are creating Public Service Announcements (PSAs) over their topics. Topics such as cyberbullying, the effects of pornography on our youth, drug addiction, drug abuse in babies, terrorists, and many more are lined up outside of Olbert’s classroom for everyone to see....
