Recent traffic collision reports from the Alva Police Department included non-injury two-vehicle wrecks.

On Jan. 29 at 2:39 a.m. K9 Officer John Caviness went to the scene of a collision that occurred when someone backed from a driveway into a parked vehicle on Noble Street south of Oklahoma Boulevard Rudy Briggs Jr., 54, of Alva was driving a 2015 Ford F150 out of a driveway and made a wide turn to avoid a black SUV that was parked at the end of the driveway. Briggs said he did not see the other vehicle, a 2001 Chevrolet owned by Richard Boyer of Medford that was parked and driverless.
