Two charged after DHS home inspection

 


A home inspection by the Department of Human Services (DHS) led to felony charges for a western Woods County couple.

According to court records, on Thursday, Feb. 23, the Woods County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by DHS employee Helen Bell to accompany her on a home inspection on County Road 160. Woods County Deputies David Cummings and Chase Bouziden went to the property where Donald and Debra Foale live in a trailer house. The Foales were caring for their two great nephews, ages 8 and 9.
