Kingfisher man charged with bogus check

 


A man from Kingfisher is facing a felony charge in Alfalfa County. Tanner Stanton Ducotey, 21, of Kingfisher is charged with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

According to court papers, Ducotey gave a check for $898.89 to an employee of Joe Weve. The check was drawn on ACB Bank of Cherokee. The check, which was written on Aug. 1, 2016, was not honored because the account did not have enough funds....
