Gracie Scarbrough (center) has received the Kiwanis Club's annual sophomore scholarship. Pictured also are her dad, Dean, and her mom, Cassandra. On the right side are Kiwanis club secretary Tim Maharry and club president Arden Chaffee. The judges reviewed several scholarship applications and found the contestants all highly qualified.
